Untrained ignorant staff who have no idea what they are doing. Prescription renewals not being sent off on time putting patients who depend on their medication at risk. Not acknowledging their mistake or apologising but being dismissive and unprofessional. Needs to be shut down.
SUCH RUDE STAFF
Ive been with these doctors for a short while and so far ive been blown away but the niceness of ALL the staff ESPECIALLY the receptionist i saw the other morning...she was brilliant....
I feel it has slightly improved but not much. If you get the first appointment and you arrive on time ie 8. 30 appoinment the staff wont even arrive until 9. Do they think people dont have to go to work. Feel thats really disrespectful. Why give an appointment for that time.
Very unorganised. GP never see you on time and gob patients off. Would give 0 stars if i could
