Very good item and pleased with part of product purchase except the boss is miserable and not helpful really so will not shop there again for that reason. To add, whilst the order was somewhat bespoke it wasnt a specific set of measurements that will only fit our space. Super king size, although it may be rare, can still be re-sold because this option is available on the market to any customer. So to not accept a return due it this being bespoke is a weak reason to refuse a customer who has spent over 1000. Not happy. The floor staff and delivery men are outstanding otherwise.
