Had to rearrange twice as they didn't turn up. Can't keep time at all, over an hour late when they did turn up. Nothing but excuses. Using really low quality products but trying to pass them off as named brands, and not even the same product they show you in the shop, just similar colours. The guy in the shop tried to sell me THC oil (not CBD and told me "yes it will get you high" and that the police were after him for it!!). Fitters did sloppy work and tried to blame the under floor for their scrimping on glue and lazy cuts. At one point they said it was cos there wasn't enough light? It never occurred to them to turn a light on! Owner came out to look at their terrible work and threatened to rip the whole lot up if I didn't pay because I wanted it done properly. Pay a bit extra for a reputable and professional company. These people have no respect for your time or money, and certainly not for you.
Excellent service, quality and price. Came out to measure and fitted on a Saturday afternoon. Don't get many trade people willing to work late on a Saturday. Thank you.

I had a brilliant experience with Hanover Carpets last month bought a new house in Keighley my partner decided to go to carpet right store in Keighley they came up and measured up for me. I wanted a particular type of carpet which they quoted me 3150 for my full house. A friend of mine suggested to me that I should try Hanover Carpets who I decided to ring for a quote they booked me in for a free measure the chap turned up on time the very next day measured up and I told him I wanted this certain type which they told me they stocked was shocked with price which came to 1800 for the identical carpet they came out as promised and fitted my flooring brilliant and professional service.
