The reception is very bad they dont answer you phone Evan do I was in the surgery still I rang to see if they answer because they was not busy they didnt so please sort out your reseption workrs out and the doctors speaily the indian doctor are not good all the say is no your ok you can go I am really angry so please sort this problem out and you phones out Thanks you very much .
Rude reception staff. Don't understand the privacy policy. Shouting your business over the counter. Can't do a simple task like repeat prescriptions. Have to keep at them to get stuff done. 0 stars.
Sometimes the staff have an attitude and have minimal customer service skills. The doctor I've seen seems like other doctors these days. They're there to get the pay check not because they want to help people.
There is a problem with the amount of callers especially on a Monday (not their fault), however when you keep an appointment you get the best of attention and very careful diagnosis. I am very happy to say that I am delighted to be a patient of this practice.
