Called in here to see about a divorce and got recommended to make out that my husband had abused me so that i could get legal aid funding. I only went in to get a price and info on the divorce process as my marriage had amicably come to end and we both agreed to divorce and all the so called solicitor was bothered about was signing me up to legal aid and getting me to claim domestic abuse. I wish i had read the reviews about this company before wasting my time with them. I then went to another firm in the town and told them what had just happened at this solicitors and was told that they have a reputation for doing it. I was not going to post on here but felt local people should be aware of the unreputable business operating in our town.
Went in here recently for some advice and they recommended i made an allegation about my ex partner to the police to get him arrested and that once he was it would qualify me for legal aid and they could apply for court orders to be put against him so that he couldn't come near our home or our children. My ex has never done anything to warrant an arrest and is a loving and excellent father to our children. I was appalled that this company only seem to care about themselves and signing you up for legal aid and not what is in yours and your children's best interests. If clients actually go ahead with the advice given by this company i am sure there will be a lot of innocent people arrested for the sake of this company's benefit and not seeing there children due to this company's selfishness. I walked out after this advice and will NEVER return. This company should be ashamed of themselves!!
Absolutely shocking company, they support child abusers for their own personal financial gain, they blatently lie in court hearings and support the child abuser. This firm does not care about your children do not go anywhere near this company. They are there to rip you and the legal aid system off
