Absolutely pathetic.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, the computers are very slow and old, but this is true of many councils.
One of the best spots in town... I love the (what I call) archive room upstairs...
Just the place to go to hear the librarians discussing their, not so, private lives whilst people shout t their mobile phones and read the newspapers out for friends to discuss. Not a place to go to study unless you can concentrate whilst sat in the middle of the M1. Lovely building, just a shame about the users.
