Bought a new car and the second key fob didn't work, I assumed it was a flat battery but couldn't work out how to get into the fob. Pinpoint came out to change the battery however it turned out that wasn't the only issue and the fob was dead they managed to fix whatever it was and I now have 2 fully working fobs without even having leave my house. Definitely would recommend.
