From start to finish a totally professional job. We had an urgent issue with a toilet pipe cracked under the ground. Yorkshire Water came out to investigate and found this issue (but it wasn't their responsibility). Yorkshire Water told us precisely what we should expect to be quoted, how the job should be carried out and what parts were needed (they said some people would cut corners). I called a few companies. With Royal Flush I spoke with Joe. I sent various pictures of the job, asked him for a rough quote and asked what he would do / what parts would be needed.Joe was spot on with the price and the parts - he didn't miss anything out. Very impressed with the honesty and knowledge. Due to the urgency, Joe came out on a Saturday morning and completed the job. Onsite Joe found another issue, he was able to show us some cracking in other pipes using pipe camera equipment. Despite the fact the job took almost twice as long as expected, Joe rectified the additional problems and did not charge any extra.Very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
