One of the best place I ever stayed for a year nearley. There was a time, when I had issue with the boiler and it's been resolved with in a couple of hours while I was at work. I also paid the rent late on so many occasions never been charged for the late fee. I always get on with the WYL crew and they are very helpfull and always been. If some one ask me I will give them 10 out of 10. Superb service !!!
I was locked out of my property at 21:30pm on a Sunday night and within fifteen minutes of calling the landlord I was stood in my front room, it was a speedy recovery, I cannot fault the service I received, quick and responsive without a doubt, if I could give ten stars I would. Thank you WYL :)
As stated on other reviews, if i could give no stars, i would. First impressions went well, but once my girlfriend paid the deposit and admin fee, all customer and professional service went down the drain. I and my partner was lied to many times about several things in the flat, and that the flat would be completed for when she wanted to move in.This would not be the case at all, as less than 15 until hours until she has a van and man to come and transport her stuff, she finds out that the flat smells, still has unfinished work and when she brought these problems to Hameed for him to sort , he was patronising and he tried to belittle her over the phone, before continuing to shout and then hang up the phone. Hameed has no professional or customer service, and should not be allowed to work with people, as he obviously thinks he is higher than everyone else in life. WYL are THE WORST estate agents i have come across, and i warn people to avoid this company.
