Took some friends out for my 20th birthday meal, also happened to be my fellow colleagues who work in the same form of setting as this place, disgusting service, normally, having been in a customer service industry for a quite some time if I get bad customer service I often let it go but this one particular waitress out of the 2 that were there needs to fix up. One waitress when she came to us was actually very nice however, the other we Had to repeatedly ask for 2 items, 1 of which they had then all of a sudden no longer had and we had to find that out for ourselves, bearing in mind that the place was dead. Completely dead so she could have came to tell us, nor were we told or offered a substitute, The other item we did not receive yet we was still charged, asked for the manager on multiple occasions got told multiple excuses that he just would not come out to talk to us even when we refused to pay our bill, somehow we ended up on the phone to the mother of the manager. Personally, after bigging this up and the hype I've heard about this place, wouldn't dream of thinking to recommend it to anyone, first and last time of going there.
Came here tonight, the service was awful. Ordered veg and then wasnt informed they didnt have any veg so that never came. We had to ask where it was and was told they dont have any veg. Ordered extra chips they didnt come either but was all added to our bill. The waitress was rude and didnt seem bothered at all. Asked to speak to manager was told 3 separate excuses as to why the manager couldnt come out then to add to the unprofessional service they gave us a phone to speak to the managers mum. Correct me if Im wrong but why would we need to speak to the bosses mum when we was told the manager was present but didnt want to come out to speak to his own customers. The food wasnt worth the price and the service definitely wasnt worth it either. First and last time here! Only gave one star because I had to give it a rating.
Amazing place! Got 4 starters for the 2 of us as we got the Tomahawk main to share. The starters were fabulous especially the Naga wings and nachos. The Tomahawk was a super size 1.2kg monster which we couldn't finish - it just seasoned just right and we shown how to cook it how we wanted on the stone.
Excellent steakhouse. We drive from Manchester regularly just to enjoy Moguls. The experience is brilliant. Steaks are served on a hot stone, and you cook it to your liking. The steaks are fresh and always of great quality. Highly recommended. Also, keep an eye out for special offers- you can get a starter, a steak and a drink for only 15. This is usually on a Monday or Tuesday. Desserts are fantastic, but could do with more variety. Well worth visiting.
First visit to this place and we enjoyed the experience. Staff were lovely and informative. The menu was explained to us. We enjoyed the way the meat was presented on the hot Rock for us to finish cooking. Worth a visit if you happen to go to keighley!
