Best company going
I have recently had a heart transplant. So I have regular check ups in south Manchester Hospital I live In bradford, so it takes well over an hour to get there pending traffic. I should get picked up at 7am however this morning Im stood outside in artic conditions waiting for a driver to pick me up. I therefore call the office to be told I will call the driver to see where he is. I didnt get a call back to let me know! so after about 10 minutes, I call back to be told that the driver has slept in. And that he will be over as soon as possible bearing in mind my appointment is at 9am. Why didnt I get a call back to let me know this? Very angry as you can imagine! I will be making a complaint as soon as possible!
Arrived on time to pick up not a minute late, Driver very polite and although was taking a group of 4 well out of his normal area (keighley-castleford) he new where he was going and we all arrived safely and on time to our destination.Great value.Would definitely recommend this company.
Absolutely furious as your driver of BK09 practically stood on his horn behind me today near Morrison's as I could not enter the junction even though the light was green because the road was not clear on the other side. Tell the driver to read his Highway code. Horns are for Emergency use only and you should not enter a junction unless it is clear to proceed the other side. Nor does he have the authority to bully other drivers into acting in the way he thinks is appropriate
Too expensive. Arrived 30 mins after ordering the taxi even though was told on the phone it would take 5-10 mins. The driver was rude, laughing because we thought it would be around 4 as the other taxis never charge more than that and he played loud terrible Asian music. First time with metro and last time.
