Go to collect reservation(after getting text that it's ready two days earlier) staff confirm it's in the shop but won't allow me to take it or pay for it until 2 days later! Staff not helpful at all, made up a load of reasons why I couldn't have it, contacted customer service and they sorted it out within minutes, unfortunately after being told by staff in branch that I couldn't have it I popped to the shop couple of doors up and bought the same thing there and then, won't be using that branch of Argos again
