Small in store area but perfect for easy collections

Very helpful & friendly staff. In days of rude & uninterested sales assistants it comes as a breath of fresh air to visit this store. Not only are the staff friendly & welcoming but are both polite & efficient. I had expected to collect an order at the Keighley store in Sainsburys but it was incorrectly labled. It was delivered to the Sainsburys store by mistake. The Argos staff located it & called me to arrange collection within 30 minutes of my contacting them. I think many sales staff could learn a great deal about customer service by visiting this store, the manager & his staff are a credit to Argos.
Fast service especially if you request online first, the store within Homebase at Bingley was better, but has closed
