dont even deserve 1 star, uncaring, dont treat the problems people go into them for, and kick you off the list after starting you on medication, because they havent dealt with the problem in the first place.
Spacious surgery
It was horrible! The receptionist was very rude about me choosing dates for my appointment she kept rushing me. She asked what my appointment was for and then repeated my answer loudly which was a personal matter I only wanted my gp to know about. Absolutely appalled and I will definitely avoid visiting the centre now and would give no stars if possible
On the 29th September 2016 I accompanied my 95 year old Mother to Ling House to see Dr Bullement for her annual medication review.Dr Bullement is in his final year of training. Both myself & my Mother were very impressed by his medical knowledge but more importantly for his wonderful 'Bedside Manner' . He explained things to her in a way she could understand that she hadn't had before. My Mother came away from the surgery feeling much better than when she went in thanks to Dr Bullement.I hope at the end of his training in about 12 months time that Ling House will offer him a permanent contract.Keith Newton (on behalf of my Mother Irene Newton)
