Lovely guest house with themed rooms and delicious breakfast. The hotel is at the bottom of very steep but picturesque road in centre of Haworth Village. The village looks like a picture from a childrens fairy tale - truly magical (pics of the village attached)We stayed there with our toddler and would book it again.
Really enjoyed my time at the old registry. The rooms were fantastic and had a lot of character. Would definately stay again.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff and good food, what more could you ask? Well there are a couple of things which could be improved in my opinion. 1. the beers available are commercially/nationally run of the mill brown water, there are lots of small local breweries Goose Eye to name but one, which need support for their excellent products. 2. The tea was weak and of a low standard, Yorkshire tea is gives a good brew and in the great scheme of things costs marginally more. I will return and would recommend it.
An interesting fact about this place is that Fred West once stopped here in the early 90s..
We were upgraded to the Tudor Room which was excellent with a lovely 4 poster and bathroom with spa bath. Evening meal in the restaurant was first class as was breakfast the following morning. Located in the old part of the village close to the Bront parsonage museum. WiFi was free and fast. Highly recommended.
