After finally ordering food and waiting an hour and a half we rang back just to be told that they thought our order was a prank call (there was no reason for them to think that). Was told theyd tried to ring us however we had received no calls/missed calls.
Didn't wanna give 1 star but needed to to leave review!!! Ordered and paid on just eat 28 hour late so rang to see where it was they tried to say they had been and tried ringing us I can assure you we have had no phone call for them to say they will now not deliver!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!
So disappointed away on holiday with family and ordered tea for 9 of us food cold uncooked and the size of a 11inch pizza is really a 9inch one grilled chicken kebab for to spicy for child to eat . Toppings on pizzas still uncooked and pizza bases uncooked
Brilliant food on time very polite over the phone food was no where near bland also was delivered at a good time and the temperature of the food was spot on really enjoyed definitely getting from here again soon
