Absolutely terrible customer service, their food was horrible, burgers came out hard and chips were solid, I then made a complaint with them and they barred me. Thats not how to treat customers
I wouldnt give this place 1 star if I could, but this is based on my many recent experience of coming to this place. The staff there have no customer service skills all and their manner towards paying customer is an absolute disgrace especially the bald one who works there, he throws the items on counter and not acknowledge customers at all very rude, I dont know how they are still in business. The food is alright but they need to strip back on the oil in their products its very unhealthy. They need to read their reviews and take into account of the overall negatives especially on just eat where it effects their trade as of right now I speak from same others who reviewed it here! Seriously step up or step down
I will never order from here again.Placed an order last night which took 1hour and 45minutes to arrive.The driver could not find my address and insisted he was on my road for an hour which he definatley wasn't.He was very rude and said he didn't drive a bus so had no time to stick to.The food was awful once it finally arrived!
Very bad customer service. Chips were old and hard. Burger bun was hard. They refused to swap the food for freshly made food. Tried to get rid of their old food by giving it to us.
Tried and tested, good food only premium chicken. Supreme Sizzler meal is where its at!
