Great for bus nerds
Love to call here when I am nearby,It's free but . please leave a contribution it's worth a fiver. Got to back the hard working owners of the many busses etc would hate it to shutdown several of the old busses I would have worked on as an apprentice at Leeds City Transport in the 60s. Thanks everyone there for allowing me to visit .
We were welcomed on a day when the museum wasn't officially open by a couple of lovely lads who impressed me by their interest and dedication. Well worth a visit if you are interested in buses, and prone to nostalgia!
I would recommend the Royal Marines Arctic Warfare Cadre conduct their cold weather training here! Even on a warm day it's freezing cold inside. Cheap to get in because I reckon they need the punters to radiate warmth inside.
Great knowledge by the staff. They were actually closed but still have us a private tour. Great range of the history of the bus. Brilliant little trip
