Disappointed. After such a positive and encouraging visit to the showroom and arranging for an appointment to get a quote, nobody turned up and no phone call to explain! Just wasted my time. An enquiry phone call to DSM 2 days later got to an answerphone but nobody ever responded to my message requesting another appointment. Got sorted straight away at another supplier.

Great service, money well spent. Great job done. I want to add that the new fireplace in my lounge looks great, having a multi fuel stove has provided a new heart to my home. The staff in the showroom were helpful and informative at helping me to choose which stove was right for my lifestyle. The engineer that installed it was polite and helpful.I felt at ease having this company carry out such a complex job. I would definitely recommend having any type of work done by this company. I would use again.

Not a great experience: fitted new kitchen mixer tap which broke after 1 day. Fitted 2 radiators, 1 of which leaked within hours of fitting, both faults promptly fixed. Installed log burner, measured hearth short and patched up surface tiles when this was pointed out, log burner controls faulty when fitted, returned twice to fix and insisted they were working fine, only on third visit when we had contacted the manufacturers and explained how they should work did he concede the fault and fix it.
