Poor customer service from the agent who came to see us, and no contact after viewing our property until a courtesy call came from someone else at the office (in the meantime we had both listed and agreed a sale on the property)
My dad uses this company to rent his house out, we had a valuation done a few weeks by a seperate company and the man tnat did the valuation came back and said the house was filthy they had lied about the size of dog they had and he was unable to use any photographs to advertise the house as it is in such a bad state! I contacted davre son and hartley and expressed our conserns and got told by the lady i spoke to that she did not deal with this stuff so would email tne information through to the relevant person and i would be contacted. This never happened so i called back and i got put through to the correct person, i was told an inspection would be done and if it was as bad as i was told then they would be giben a week to sort it out and another inspection would be done, i also asked for pictures of the house and was told i would get them, i have still not heard back from them and it has been at least 2 weeks since we had any contact. I will be trying to contact them again on monday morning. At the very least they could have sent my father a letter he is a very ill elderly man and is worried sick about his only investment i am disgusted with this place!
I can not find what am looking for need to be easier to use!!!!!!
