Great women's only gym. The timetable is brilliant, the express classes are perfect for a quick session or to combine a couple of different classes to get some variety. It's not pretentious, it's a down to earth great place to go and work out no matter what your age or ability level. My fitness has improved loads and helps with my head space too! The added bonus of being child friendly is fantastic. Keep it up Max!
Great gym. Classes are fab. Completely changed my body shape, its been brilliant for my mental health after struggling for sometime. A great bunch of women attend too, friendly and welcoming. Having the opportunity to take your kids and them be taken care of while you work out is brilliant. My daughter loves going and has made new friends. It's better than any gym I've been to before.
I love this place! Started in January and it's the best thing I've ever done! As a 'gym virgin' I was a little apprehensive my first time but I soon realised there was no need! Everyone is ultra friendly, there are people of all ages and abilities and everyone is very supportive. Max is really motivating without being overbearing which is definitely an approach that works for me. The atmosphere is great and there are loads of classes to choose from, the weight loss challenge is working well for me too whoop!! If you're looking for a 'glossy' gym experience then this probably isn't the place for you but if you want to focus on your fitness in a friendly place where you'll fit in easily with real people then I highly recommend! Oh and the fact there is childcare is brilliant, I wouldn't be able to attend otherwise. A*****
