Went to go and look around as relocating to the area next week had seen the kit online and seemed like would be a decent gym was told on arrival it's appointment only and they don't do guest passes and I wasn't even allowed just to look at what the gym had to offer. Just lost two potential long term customers there shocking customer service
Don't visit this gym if you're just visiting the area. My mum and dad live here so as I visited them for Xmas I popped to this gym as it has great reviews. Unfortunately they turn people away who are wanting to pay to use. I'm a personal trainer myself and they still just turned me away. This kind of rule is silly in today's world. Imagine the good publicity they would get on social media if they allowed people a day pass....
Love this gym. From top to bottom (literally on 3 floors) this is how a proper gym should be run. good work guys keep it up!!
Very friendly brilliantly staffed and stocked gym
Undoubtably the best gym I've ever been to. Friendly, knowledgable staff and an incredible amount of equipment, I can't recommend them enough
