Love going to the Leisure Center all the staff are very caring and kind and the gym is brilliant

Went there yesterday for my sons first swimming lesson. It wasn't good, pool wasn't the warmest but ok. The facilities were very dirty and cold. The floor looked like it hadn't seen a mop in weeks. We went into toilet to find something in there with dirty toilet roll all over the floor. I will be asking for a refund.
